The interior of the house is characterized by large, high-ceilinged rooms with plenty of light and authentic Italian floors.
The apartment is 120 m2 and has 3 bedrooms with double beds that can accommodate up to 6 people. The mattresses are high quality anatomic with pocket spring system and hypoallergenic as well as the pillows. All rooms have air-condition.

The large living room has comfortable sofas and a 42“ LED TV and a DVD player along with a big collection of movies.

The large Kitchen is fully equipped. In the fridge you will find everything you need for your first breakfast. The cabinets are full with everything a cook will need and also coffee, sugar, tee, home made marmalade etc. All free of charge!

In the bathroom you will find bubble bath and soap and there is also a washing machine. We have also Towel Set (3 sizes per person).

The apartment has a front balcony overlooking the pine covered road where you can enjoy your drink or breakfast having stunning view of the sea.

You can also enjoy the large rear terrace overlooking the neighboring Italian houses and the garden. A big wooden table with chairs and the umbrella gives you the opportunity to enjoy your meal or drink or even play a game.

The location of the apartment offers the visitor the opportunity to enjoy tranquility while at the same time being able to reach the city of Rhodes and the medieval city within a 9-minute walk. The visitor can choose from the wonderful beaches of the city of Rhodes and approach them on foot. The nearest beach is just a 7-minute walk away.

Don’t forget to take a long relaxing walk up the «Monte Smith» hill to enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and a panoramic view of the city of Rhodes as well as the magnificent sunset.
Here is the Acropolis of Rhodes from the Classical Greek period. The site consists of the Temple of Apollo, a stadium and a small marble theatre. Don’t miss it!!
