Τhe two-story house (105 sq.m.) in cycladic style. It is renovated in 2018 and decorated with personal taste and it is also bright and spacious, equipped with aircondition, free wifi, hot water, three double beds, sleeper sofas & good energy!
It is located in a quite area in the center of Koskinou village close to a mini market, small tavern's and local people.
The word "Kefi" has been described by various Greeks as meaning the spirit of joy, passion, enthusiasm, high spirits, overpowering emotion, or frenzy. Kefi takes many forms and is usually, but not always, associated with the expression of positive emotion or fun.The custom of smashing plates is considered an expression of kefi when the soul and body are so overwhelmed with an exuberance that you must find an outlet.

The main house has a living room with dining area, kitchen and 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms with shower. There are 3 double beds and one single bed available. In case there are necessary more beds- 1 more bed can be added. The house can accomadate maximum 8 persons.
The Kitchen looks really cosy and traditional and has all the modern standards-including dishwasher machine, nespresso machine, toaster etc.

The house is located right in the heart of the traditional village of Koskinou. Restaurants, mini markets , coffee shops and other shops are in walking distance while at the same time you enjoy absolute tranquility!
The inner patio is the perfect place for you to relax and enjoy a warm summer night. A large table, a hammock and a Barbeque will give the chance to enjoy your breakfast, dinner or a drink!
