This old Traditional house is simply stunning and offers 135m2 of beautiful and functional living space over two floors. As you walk from the street in the courtyard inside the house you get into a beautiful and specious living space wich is visually extraordinary. A fantastic mosaic pebble floor,wooden ceiling, skylights, stone arch in the middle and an old woodenstove are just a few of the highlighted features.

Upstairs, on the left side there is a double mattress, wooden sofa placed over the fully equipped bathroom, with white washed walks and nice views all over the sala. On the left side also there is the open kitchen with minimal, modern-traditional style. On the right of the sala there is another higher wooden sofa with a single mattress and under it there is a closet. It has an aircondition unit for climatisation.

The ground floor bedroom is at the right side of the courtyard and we enter into it from a door in the sala. It has a double mattress bed and has some very charming and cosy traditional furnitures and a double door which leads out into the courtyard. It also has an en suite bathroom with a shower cabine and a toilet. It has an aircondition unit for climatisation.

The high-raised sleeping area with the double bed, overlooking the living area and is accessible by a solid wooden staircase, makes it an ideal third sleeping area for visiting family and friends.

Doors from the living room open out to the courtyard with a delightful secondary dining area which is suitable for entertaining up to 8 people.

In addition to the courtyard there are two private terraces.

The first terrace which is the rooftop of the guest house has a few ceramic pots with beautiful plants and a wooden bench where you can seat and have romantic view to the cosy courtyard. You can also see some of the neighborhood.

The second terrace is on the top of the sala it has an atmospheric hanging bed where is very nice to sleep on warm nights seeing the stars, and it offers a beautiful view of the church bell tower. There is also a nice view to the town of Rhodes and the sea. The top terrace boasts amazing colours of sunrises and sunsets. It has a sitting area where you can seat and enjoy althos, next to the hanging bed. There is also an old wooden table with chairs where you can have your coffee or eat something or play backgammon (tavli) and have views to the village. The sun loungers are for private sun bathing!!!
